We begin with a thorough assessment to understand your child’s strengths, weaknesses, and individual learning styles. This may include:

Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs): Identifying the underlying causes of challenging behaviors and developing effective interventions.

Personalized Treatment Plans

Based on the assessment findings, our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) will develop a customized treatment plan for your child. This plan will outline:

Measurable goals: Target specific communication, social, and daily living skills.

Effective teaching methods: Utilizing various evidence-based techniques, including discrete trial training, pivotal response training, and natural environment training.

Data collection and monitoring: Regularly tracking progress and adjusting the plan as needed.

Skilled and Compassionate RBTs

Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are highly trained and dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care. They will:

Implement the treatment plan under the direct supervision of a BCBA.

Build positive relationships with your child, creating a fun and engaging learning environment.

Communicate regularly with you about your child’s progress and address any concerns.

Ongoing Supervision and Support

We believe in a collaborative approach to care. Our BCBAs provide ongoing supervision to our RBTs to ensure the highest quality of service. This includes:

Regular supervision meetings: Providing feedback, addressing any challenges, and making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.

Clinical support: Offering guidance and support to our RBTs on all aspects of therapy implementation.

Family collaboration: Regularly communicate about your child’s progress and address any questions or concerns.
